Refund, cancelation and shipping policy

Returns

Trishopsa will gladly exchange merchandise within 30 (thirty) days of purchase provided that the purchaser/customer has retained their original receipt or proof of purchase and the merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and is undamaged.

Please take notice that certain merchandise is exempt from returns, for example, cycle shorts, swimming clothing and perishable goods. Please enquire before purchase whether the merchandise you are purchasing is exempt from exchange and or returns. 

Trishopsa will not provide cash refunds for exchanged goods, an in store voucher will be issued to allow the customer to find the right product.

If the merchandise was used for its intended purpose and design and was used in accordance with the merchandise’s instructions and/or user manual, Trishopsa will liaise with the supply and/or manufacturer on behalf the customer. Again please take note that their may be a courier charge for items returned to either the supplier or manufacturer, which cost will be for the account of the purchaser. Courier prices will be quoted upfront.

Should you wish to return merchandise, you can do so in two ways:

  1. Return the goods to Trishopsa at the following address:

  1. Send the merchandise back to Trishopsa, together with the receipt or proof of purchase and your credit card will be refunded. Please note that the courier cost will be for the account of the purchaser and not Trishopsa.

 Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Incorrect merchandise or damaged merchandise will be exchanged by Trishopsa at no cost to the purchaser.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise can be returned in the following ways:

  1. Return the goods to Trishopsa at the following address:

  1. Trishopsa will send DPE or Triton courier services to collect the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you at the company’s cost and will return to you the correct or undamaged merchandise. 

When returning either damaged or incorrect merchandise please to Trishopsa, please provide Trishopsa with your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Canceled orders

If order are unable to be fulfilled by Trishopsa and cancelled a full refund will be given.

Trishopsa reserve the right to cancel any orders they need.

If orders are cancelled by the customer before shipping takes place please contact sales@trishopsa.com and a full refund will be provided less merchant fees taken from payment portals.

Shipping

Merchandise bought from Trishopsa will be couriered to you using either DPE or Triton courier Company’s. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a unique tracking number which you can use to track your parcel. We currently only deliver within South Africa.

Manufacturers Guarantee/Warranty

Please take notice that Trishopsa does not guarantee or warranty any of the merchandise sold by it beyond and/or in addition to the guarantee or warranty offered by the manufacturer. The merchandise sold by Trishopsa is in no way guaranteed and/or warranted by Trishopsa. Trishopsa will facilitate with the local distributors the warranty but the final decision is held with the manufacturer. 

Special or Promotions

Trishopsa will gladly exchange merchandise bought on special or promotion with 7 (Seven) days of purchase provided that the purchaser/customer has retained their original receipt or proof of purchase and the merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and is undamaged.

Please take notice that this does not apply to the merchandise, which is exempt from returns.

Please take notice further that this does not apply to merchandise sold on a flash sale.
