RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flavours without caffeine: max. four tablets per day

Flavours with caffeine: max. two tablets per day

For flavours with caffeine: Contains caffeine.

Two portions contain 150 mg caffeine.

Dissolve one tablet in 500-750 ml water according to taste
